We are here to help societies, office-bearers, members, tenants, buyers and professionals use Coopman. Choose the route that fits your question — the right route gets you the quickest answer.
1. Raise a support request (fastest)
If you have an account, sign in and open Support in your dashboard. Your request gets a reference number, our team can see the details of your account straight away, and every reply stays in one place. This is the best route for account, listing, verification and payment questions.
2. E-mail us
E-mail: info@coopman.in.
To help us answer in one reply, please include:
- your full name and the e-mail address you registered with;
- your society's name (and registration number, if you know it);
- for a payment, the payment or receipt reference and the date;
- a short description of what happened and what you would like us to do.
Never send your password, OTP, card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Coopman will never ask for them — by e-mail, phone, SMS or chat. If anyone asks for them in Coopman's name, please tell us.
3. Questions for your own society
Maintenance bills, NOCs, share transfers, tenancy approvals, meetings and repairs are decided by your society's managing committee, not by Coopman. Raise a request from your dashboard so it reaches the right office-bearer and is recorded. If your society is not using Coopman yet, please contact its Secretary directly.

Complaints and grievances
If something has gone wrong, e-mail us with the subject line “Grievance”, the link or reference concerned, and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge every grievance and aim to resolve it within 15 days, and we will tell you what we did and why. If a complaint concerns a decision of your society, we can check whether the platform recorded it correctly, but the decision itself belongs to the society and, where the law provides, to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.
Privacy requests
To ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete your account, or to withdraw consent, e-mail us with the subject “Privacy request”. For your protection we will confirm your identity from your registered e-mail before acting. See our Privacy Policy for your rights.
Frequently asked questions
Can I call Coopman?
A support request or e-mail gives you a written record and a reference number, and lets us check your account securely, so these are the routes we use for support.
Can Coopman approve my NOC or transfer?
No. NOCs, transfers and other approvals are decided by your society's managing committee. Coopman records the request and the society's decision.
My payment was debited but the bill still shows unpaid. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes and refresh — confirmation from the bank can take a little time. If it still shows unpaid, raise a support request with the payment reference. If the payment did not succeed, the bank normally returns the money automatically.
Someone asked for my OTP in Coopman's name. Is that real?
No. Coopman never asks for your password, OTP, card number or UPI PIN. Do not share them, and please tell us.
Before writing, you may find your answer in Help & FAQs or our step-by-step guides.
